My Ophir Trip.. 

Disappearance since Mt.Ophir days..

Hehehe.. Mt Ophir was a challenge, boy.. Good news is.. we all managed to conquer this little mountain with our untrained body.. kekekke.. Wonder if I slimmed down at all during this trip? hmmm.. forgot liao leh.. hehehe.. my weight goes up n down so often that I didn't managed to track it liao.. Anyway, I'm so glad that everybody's back in one piece lor!! When we got back, most of the girls got really bad cramps.. Cindy got the slowest recovery.. cos she never rest.. so, rest is always important lor.. anyway, after conquering this little mt.. we've decided to mount mt kinabalu next year! Life is great, isn't it? kekekek...
