After all, the cook who is willing to simmer a sauce to perfection will likely bring you to a boil as well. "Guys who enjoy metrosexual activities are detail-oriented," says Schwartz, so he'll notice your fresh haircut or new shoes. The flip side? He also might notice a new dimple of cellulite or emerging crow's-feet. "Just make sure he doesn't take details to an extreme," says Kate Wachs, Ph.D., author of "Relationships for Dummies." "No one wants a guy who can inventory your flaws quicker than you can." A sci-fi fanatic The Trekkie or "Lord of the Rings" groupie has his advantages: "Given the strong themes of morality and justice in the sci-fi world, he's more likely to apply that code to his life," say Ian Kerner, Ph.D., Lifetime's relationship expert and author of "She Comes First: The Thinking Man's Guide to Pleasuring a Woman." And his love of fantasy can lead to more creativity in bed! "But be aware that some people use escapism for a reason," adds Dr. Wachs. "They're not very good at dealing with reality, period." Ask why he likes the genre and let that determine if you're destined for a mind meld. A woodworker He's great with his hands. Need we say more? "This guy is innovative and likes to take care of others," says Schwartz. "He'll often express his feelings through projects around your house." For example, if he installs a light fixture, he wants to take it to the next level; if he builds you a deck, expect a marriage proposal. "He's more about actions than emotions," says Wachs. In other words, if you're a romantic wine-and-roses gal, Handy Man may not have the right tools for you. A sports junkie Yes, there's some truth to the whole sports widow myth. But that's only half the story. "Whether he's a player or fan, these guys are social and easy to reach emotionally," says Schwartz. They're team players by nature, and men who are OK with slapping each other on the butt are generally comfortable showing affection. Another bonus is that these sorts often use watching or playing as a way to vent excess aggression. Bottom line? Tough guys on the field, teddy bears on the sidelines. A political hound Surprise! Mr. Politics can make for a not-so-strange bedfellow: "They're very passionate men," says Kerner. Careful though -- these fellas tend to see everything in black or white, making them prone to arguments. He'll often try to sway you to his way of thinking, but if you can stand your ground, the debate can be exciting foreplay. "Plus, they're often moral and willing to admit their mistakes," says Kerner. A man willing to fess up that he's wrong? Now that's the ticket. A gambling man "He can be a lot of fun -- if his proclivity for gambling is kept in check," says Kerner, who notes that the going-for-broke guy's spontaneity and risk-taking can keep the relationship exciting. "The gambler is sexy because he has bad-boy appeal," says Wachs. That said, he may be prone to gamble outside of the tables, too. "He might have an inclination to cheat since he likes to live on the edge," she says. And that's one trait that's never worth betting on.

Well, I came across this type of guy. A very old friend of mine, actually.. he was a professional gambler, someone who goes to international water to gamble daily and win a few hundreds a day. IT's enough, he says.. And his relationship? He started cheating since 1995! Damn it! He's only 28 years old hor...

So if you have even a touch of Zsa Zsa, air-kiss and say so long. A cinema snob Film aficionados have an ear for dialogue that can make them more communicative. "He's romantic, imaginative and willing to lose himself for hours," says Schwartz. As long as he doesn't eat popcorn in bed, you've got the makings of the perfect partner. "Just be sure that, like other escapism-prone hobbies, he's not fleeing reality for a reason," cautions Wachs. In other words, head for the nearest exit if he spends too much time in front of the screen -- or worse, tells you that "you had him at hello." A gym nut The good news: "Men who work out a lot have a strong libido because of the endorphins and increased blood flow to the genitals," says Kerner. The bad news: Mr. Muscle often has expectations that far exceed his neck size. "A lot of workout fiends demand perfection of themselves and the people around them," says Schwartz. But if it's truly just a pastime and he keeps it light (say, no more than an hour a day), Workout Guy can be a great boyfriend -- with the bonus of washboard abs! A game addict Sure, he scores huge on Halo, but how does he measure up in the bedroom? "Guys who enjoy computer activities are less personal in relationships and need more time and space to themselves," says Schwartz. That can be a perk because he won't mind if you ditch him for a night out with the girls. Still, if you start resenting his love affair with his console, it may be time to call it game over.

My Hamster just Bited my THUMB!!! Heard a crunch somemore...

Sob sob... do I need to see the doc after getting bitten by my hamster? Sigh.. bad hamster.. I was just holding it in my palm... letting it sniff around on my hand... and damn.... stupid hamster...

What day is today? Is it any special compared to other days?

Well, just in case u do celebrate this special day, I'd like to wish you a very Happy Valentine's Day! As for me, you don't need to send me such wishes as I do not have that special someone in my life to celebrate with. I still remember my younger days where a guy dated me out and gave me a bear.. I didn't like him.. but well, I tot, since I don't have a date, I went out with him for some food n movies... After the whole session, I regretted going out with him as I disliked him totally after that!! Damn.. Tot I didn't want to waste the chance to celebrate mah.. who knows... it doesn't make the day any special anyway.. So, my advice is.. if this person is not any special in ur heart.. DUN BOTHER to meet up with that person to celebrate such a day.. Well, at least I learnt my lesson for the rest of my life with this little mistake.. Think it's really silly to celebrate just for the sake of celebrating.. If I really have a darling in my life... I'd wish everyday is a Valentine's day.. Why must someone only give flowers or shower that person with lots of love only on that particular day..? Just because everyone is doing it? But of course, since it'd be a everyday issue... one doesn't have to always give flowers.. cos flowers can last for a week at least mah... hahahhahha... get what I mean.. Deep down in my heart, I know Love is not forever as these days neglects n so many distractions come into our life.. so, celebrate while you can and while u have a Valentine! Cheeers...

My jog on Sun afternoon..

Woh.. this is my 3rd time jogging non-stop 4.8km at Mac ritchie, man!! Cool.. hehehe... Well, this time round, with lesser motivation from my mates. I believe I'd be better the next time round!! heheheh... hope I can control my breathing and momentum and improve greatly in time!!

A Newer Me..

Well, many years have passed me by and I'm already turning 27 this year. 3 more years to go before I reach 30. That is a pretty scary age, even for a guy.. heheheh.. Words like "OLD", "AGED", "LAO" is all getting more and more sensitive to us.. Well, I've learnt alot and has grown physically, emotionally as well as mentally through the year. But of course, the most that I've grown? Ha ha... Everybody can "see" it.. of course.. answer is PHysical.. damn.. heheheh... Well, I've grown to love myself, family and life more and more.. I've known myself better to know what I want and what I need.. I've grown to accept many truth and facts abt life. And of course, it's never ending.. There's always the other side of things and so do I. When I'm on this side... I'd always wan to be on the other side and refresh myself on everything.. and it goes on and on.. I miss my brother.. I feel like hugging someone now.. Felt like tearing.. Hmmm, that's very emotional of me today. As usual, I'm feeling not empty, but just lonely.. Even though I have lots of friends and different group of them to hang out with, I'm still feeling lonely though I'm not alone. "Get a hold of urself.." Well, it's easier to handle such lonliness than relationship problems, isn't it? Think abt it.. We've all been thru it, I guess.. We've to be in this or that situation. So, whether u like it or not, it's a either or case.. Isn't it? Hmmm.. another hour later, I'll be at my colleague's place to gather n gamble.. It's exciting to meet old friends after such months.. Wonder how is everybody.. BTW, Chinese New Year is a great opportunity to catch up! oh, and yes.. lose/win money too.. I just lost 10 bucks plus 4 bucks taxi fare for a late mahjong session with Winnie's bro, Cindy n Aunty at Winnie's house.. Wondering if I'll be gambling later... Maybe.. I will throw out 10 bucks to play with again.. Hope you have a nice weekend.. Can't wait to start exercising again... I'm afraid I'll slacken soon if I dun.. Cheerios all... Loving all of you always..

Ever heard of someone's first-time patronising prostitutes or one night stand and infected with HIV virus? Suay is the word or is that just ignorance? How abt those men who do it on a regular basis and practise unsafe sex/acts? Is that really suay then or simply, does he/she really deserves it? It is a high risk taken to seek pleasure and such risk can be lowered with more precautions taken. Be it out of ignorance or is it he/she is stubborn to prevent HIV infection to his own body and bring disaster to his own life. The only thing we can help Action for Aids organisation (AFA) is to create more awareness and educate the vulnerable groups of pple. Chinese New Year n Happy Valentine's Day!!

hmm... Is there dignity or pride to speak of when you deal with your love ones? sigh.. Chinese New Year is here soon... Oh my god... Are u sure abt that... Christmas n new Year just passed and a month is gone already...????? Arrgghhhh... Have you packed ur room...? Mine is not totally packed yet... I'll be cooking pasta for relatives gathering this year... kekekekek.. It's a chance for me to practise cooking once again!!! Worse.. Valentine's Day is near too.. The thing with special occasions.. IT's a torture if u dun have a romantic partner to share the night or moments with.. It's not pathetic.. but it's just that, I miss him more often. That's all.. I can't wait for this guy to hold me in his arms or even hold my hands.. It's just so simple.. A companion who loves me is what I ask for.. Btw, it'd be comforting if u buy me some flowers, u know... hahahahha.... Yellow Rose would be great... Dunno my address ah.... Ask, n u shall be given..
